This is not a job. You stay independent. You keep your own brand, prices, and schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who do honest work for homeowners. That includes shops of any size that handle:

• AC repair and replacement
• Furnace repair and replacement
• General heating and cooling service

We look for providers who serve homes common in cold-winter, hot-summer areas. That means older frame houses, bungalows, ranch homes, and basement setups.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us stressed. We ask providers to make that easier. In practice, that means:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Answer calls and requests in a timely way
• Explain the problem in plain words
• Give a written quote before work starts
• Respect the homeowner's right to say no
• Do not promise what you cannot deliver

Providers are fully responsible for their own work, pricing, and warranties.
